We’ll provide the free basic training necessary to prepare you to work as part of a firefighting team!

Advance your Education

We offer grant-funded tuition assistance for higher education at an amount of $2,500 a year (up to $10,000).

Take Advantage of Financial Incentives

We offer pay-per-call stipends to ensure we get more people to the scene when they’re needed most.

While your safety is our #1 priority, we recognize that firefighting and providing emergency services is an inherently dangerous business. We’ve got you covered! We care about your health, safety and well being and therefore provide you with the following resources:

Free national standard-compliant entry-level medical physical

Pre-paid $5,000 life insurance policy and Workmen’s Compensation coverage (additional coverage may be provided)

Full set of fire “turnout gear” including fire resistant coat, pants, boots, gloves, hood and fire helmets
